Care Leave provides pay continuation and/or time off (up to 10 days) when caring for a loved one and/or to address other personal matters such as family planning or home emergencies not covered by other local policy or statutory leave.
Organon provides 12 weeks (prorated for part-time founders) of full pay within the first 12 months following the birth, adoption or foster placement of a child.
Organon provides paid time off for U.S. employees who experience the death of a loved one with whom they have a close relationship or suffer loss of an unborn child due to miscarriage or stillbirth. Up to 20 scheduled working days can be used within 12 months from the date of the death of a loved one or unborn child. Time off may run consecutively or intermittently for each occurrence and can be requested in half day increments.
Organon provides U.S. employees with unpaid leave to care for a newly born child, adopted child or a child placed in a foster home.

The program features 24/7 access, placement with fully credentialed childcare centers or licensed in-home care providers—even at the last minute—and the option to use your own caregiver and be reimbursed. Organon reimburses up to $25,000 per child, per family for eligible adoption and/or surrogacy-related expenses (as determined by the IRS). Reimbursement is limited to three combined (adoption/surrogacy) attempts per family. If both parents are eligible for the program, the maximum benefit ($25,000 per child) applies jointly. (Benefits above certain limits may be considered taxable income.)

Breastmilk Storage and Shipping
MilkStork is a travel solution to help Organon nursing moms who travel for business. With MilkStork, you can pump and deliver milk home while traveling at no cost to you. (Choose either overnight ship home or carry home services. In either case, supplies will be shipped to your travel destination.) Services also are available for founders who become parents via surrogacy. (Note: Overnight shipping is available for U.S. domestic travel only. Benefits do not apply to leisure travel.)
Lactation Support
The Lactation Network (TLN) connects you and your family with insurance-covered, International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) for at-home, in-office, or virtual consultations throughout your breastfeeding journey. TLN makes it easy to get the comprehensive and compassionate lactation care your family deserves. Your IBCLC will support you at every step, including: prenatal education; navigating physical and emotional postpartum changes; establishing a comfortable latch; introducing solid foods; returning to work; weaning and more.
