What to Know About 2025 Benefits

This is your chance to review and make changes to your current Organon benefits for 2025. When you’re ready to enroll, click the pink Enroll in Benefits button at the top of the screen.

Here’s what you need to know about Organon benefits for next year. For an overview of all the benefits offered, view our 2025 Benefits Guide.

contribution amounts for medical coverage will increase

  • In 2025, Organon will continue to cover the majority of health care premium costs for founders. We are making moderate cost increases to bi-weekly founder medical payroll contributions. View this comparison chart of 2024 and 2025 contribution rates.
  • Note that founder contributions for dental and vision coverage will remain the same for 2025.

health care flexible spending account contribution increase

  • Founders may contribute up to $3,200 pre-tax for health care expenses with a rollover maximum of $640.

Flexible vacation time

  • Effective January 1, 2025, Organon U.S. will offer Flexible Vacation Time (FVT). This program provides eligible founders* with the freedom and flexibility to take time away from the office for purposes such as personal vacation and relaxation, with management approval, without being dependent upon an accrued, paid vacation time balance.
  • While there is no specified amount of FVT days or paid time away, founders are encouraged to take at least three (3) weeks of FVT per year. Eligible founders must work directly with their manager to arrange the dates and coverage during their time away.

* Founders in California and Colorado are exempt from the FVT policy and are subject to separate vacation policies that can be found on Hera.

lacTation support with TLN

  • Organon has partnered with The Lactation Network (TLN) to offer easy-to-access breastfeeding support. TLN connects you and your family with insurance-covered, International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) for at-home, in-office, or virtual consultations throughout your breastfeeding journey.

Vendor changes

  • We continuously evaluate our vendors and benefits offered to ensure they meet the needs of our founders and provide a good overall experience. We are pleased to announce we are expanding our partnership with Fidelity to offer commuter benefits. Effective January 1, 2025, commuter benefits will no longer be offered through HealthEquity.
  • In addition, we are changing our Short-Term Disability and Leave of Absence administrator to New York Life. Effective October 1, 2024, these will no longer be administered through Sedgwick.

Making sure you enroll in the benefits that will best meet your needs in 2025 should be your focus during the annual enrollment period. However, this is also a great time to familiarize yourself with the full complement of benefits offered by Organon.

In addition to medical, dental and vision coverage, Organon provides a rich array of programs to support your everyday life and the well-being of you and your family, including:

Don’t miss out on the many benefits Organon offers. Explore the menu at the top of this site to see everything available to you.

Use this checklist so you don’t miss a step during enrollment:

  • Review this site for an overview of your benefit plan options, eligibility, dependent coverage information, and more.
  • If you want to keep the benefits coverage you currently have, no action is required unless you would like to participate in the Health Care or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account or the  Group Legal plan.
  • If one or more of the following applies to you for 2025, plan to enroll by Oct. 22:
    • Add or remove a dependent (dependent verification may be required if adding dependents).
    • Contribute to a Health Care or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
    • Elect Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance for the first time, apply for additional coverage or cancel your coverage. Enrolling for the first time or changing your coverage level will require Evidence of Insurability (EOI) or proof of good health.
    • Participate in the Group Legal plan.
    • Waive Organon benefits coverage.
  • Review and update (if necessary) your life insurance beneficiary designations at netbenefits.com.

Your current benefit elections will roll over for 2025 except for your participation in flexible spending accounts (FSAs).

Remember, you will not be able to make changes outside of the annual enrollment window unless you have a life event, like getting married or having a baby.

Because your 30-day enrollment window overlaps with Organon’s 2025 annual enrollment dates, you need to enroll in benefits for both 2024 and 2025. You must enroll in 2024 benefits first before you will see the option to enroll in 2025 benefits. Call the Benefits Service Center at 800-767-3353 if you have questions or need more information.

Benefits are available to full-time and part-time Organon team members. In addition to your enrollment, you may enroll your:

  • Spouse/domestic partner
  • Children (including your partner’s children) up to age 26
  • Eligible disabled children of any age in many of Organon’s health and insurance plans

Please review the eligibility criteria for covered dependents in the summary plan descriptions posted here or on netbenefits.com

Call the Benefits Service Center at 800-767-3353 if you have questions or need more information. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. ET.

This microsite is a Summary of Material Modifications (SMM) providing information on various benefits provided under the Organon U.S. Health and Welfare Plan (the Plan) and outlining changes that take effect January 1, 2025. Organon recommends that you keep this SMM with the summary plan descriptions (SPDs) prepared for the benefits provided by the Plan. This SMM is intended to provide an overview of changes to some of the benefits you are eligible for as an employee of Organon and is also intended to update the SPDs. If any information in this SMM conflicts with the plan document and insurance policies, the plan document and policies will govern. Organon reserves the right to amend, modify or terminate the Plan or any benefits provided under the Plan at any time. This SMM does not constitute a contract of employment.
