Here’s what you need to know about Organon benefits for next year. For an overview of all the benefits offered, view our 2025 Benefits Guide.
contribution amounts for medical coverage will increase
In 2025, Organon will continue to cover the majority of health care premium costs for founders. We are making moderate cost increases to bi-weekly founder medical payroll contributions. View thiscomparison chart of 2024 and 2025 contribution rates.
Note that founder contributions for dental and vision coverage will remain the same for 2025.
health care flexible spending account contribution increase
Founders may contribute up to $3,200 pre-tax for health care expenses with a rollover maximum of $640.
Flexible vacation time
Effective January 1, 2025, Organon U.S. will offer Flexible Vacation Time (FVT). This program provides eligible founders* with the freedom and flexibility to take time away from the office for purposes such as personal vacation and relaxation, with management approval, without being dependent upon an accrued, paid vacation time balance.
While there is no specified amount of FVT days or paid time away, founders are encouraged to take at least three (3) weeks of FVT per year. Eligible founders must work directly with their manager to arrange the dates and coverage during their time away.
* Founders in California and Colorado are exempt from the FVT policy and are subject to separate vacation policies that can be found on Hera.
lacTation support with TLN
Organon has partnered with The Lactation Network (TLN) to offer easy-to-access breastfeeding support. TLN connects you and your family with insurance-covered, International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) for at-home, in-office, or virtual consultations throughout your breastfeeding journey.
Vendor changes
We continuously evaluate our vendors and benefits offered to ensure they meet the needs of our founders and provide a good overall experience. We are pleased to announce we are expanding our partnership with Fidelity to offer commuter benefits. Effective January 1, 2025, commuter benefits will no longer be offered through HealthEquity.
In addition, we are changing our Short-Term Disability and Leave of Absence administrator to New York Life. Effective October 1, 2024, these will no longer be administered through Sedgwick.
Making sure you enroll in the benefits that will best meet your needs in 2025 should be your focus during the annual enrollment period. However, this is also a great time to familiarize yourself with the full complement of benefits offered by Organon.
In addition to medical, dental and vision coverage, Organon provides a rich array of programs to support your everyday life and the well-being of you and your family, including:
