The company offers a variety of benefits and services to support founders on their journey to improve their mental health and overall well-being. Many of these benefits are provided at no cost to you. For others, you may need to pay a deductible and coinsurance.

Calm is a resilience and stress management digital app. Calm can conveniently help you manage stress while building mindfulness and resiliency. As an Organon founder, you have access to Calm Premium and its full suite of features.

Create a free Calm account. Enter your first name, personal email address and a password of your choosing. Enter your work email to link your account and enable your free Calm Premium subscription.

  1. After signing up, download the Calm app to your mobile device from the Apple app store or Google Play. You can also access Calm on the web at calm.com.
  2. Select your language from the app settings: English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Portuguese or Korean.

Calm app tours are available every Monday, providing comprehensive introductions to the countless resources offered to founders and dependents.

Through Horizon BCBS, you have access to two mental health resources: Horizon Behavioral Health and Lyra Mental Health. Click below to learn more about the benefits and services each vendor offers.

NOTE: Available to U.S.-based employees and dependents enrolled in Organon’s Horizon BCBS health plan. These sessions are subject to in-network coinsurance and deductible.

Horizon Behavioral Health can connect founders with inpatient and outpatient care for a variety of conditions and challenges, including but not limited to ADHD, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, emotional health and wellness, grieving after loss, and family care and education. This network features 24-hour availability for behavioral health services for founders and dependents and is committed to providing urgent access to necessary care. Horizon Behavioral Health only offers providers that are available within the Horizon network.

Lyra has its own network of providers that offer a full spectrum of outpatient mental health services to children and adults by blending one-on-one sessions and personalized digital activities. With Lyra, you can meet with a certified coach or licensed therapist, or you can use Lyra’s self-care resources.

A new preventative mental health offering, Lyra Essentials offers members access to a rich library of research-based self-care resources. Tap into guided meditations, how-to videos, and mindfulness tactics for everyday life in Lyra’s app or on the web.

Connect with a Lyra therapist who will diagnose your condition and identify thoughts, behaviors, and strong emotions that can lead to severe depression, eating disorders, or PTSD. Each week, your therapist will introduce new skills with exercises and lessons so you can build tools to find lasting change and feel more like yourself again.

Medication Management*

Lyra Medication Management provides members access to evidence-based medication prescribing. That includes an in-depth 90-minute consultation* to diagnose your condition and discuss which medications are right for you.   • Mental Wellness Tools: Access to selected mental wellness tools with self-led support on topics like meditation, stress, or sleep. Easily available on-demand, anytime, anywhere, on your mobile device or computer
  • Work-life Services: Lyra offers the following work-life services to help you and your family during challenging times:
    • Legal services include a free 30-minute consultation with an attorney or mediator and access to 24-hour emergency support
    • Financial services include a free 30-minute consultation with a financial counselor and a free 30-minute consultation with a CPA
    • Identity theft services include a free 60-minute consultation with a fraud resolution specialist and a free ID emergency response kit
    • Dependent care services include resources and referrals for child, elder, and pet care 24-hour online and phone support

Resources

Organon’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP), administered by Resources for Living (company code: organon), provides counseling and referrals for you and your dependents. There is no cost to you, and you do not need to enroll in the Organon medical plan to obtain services. Any assistance you receive is confidential except as required by law and not shared with Organon. You may contact the EAP 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Services include:

  • In-the-moment telephone support for daily challenges including parenting questions, relationship problems, work issues and everyday stress
  • Professional counseling sessions for personal, family or emotional issues (up to five telephone, face-to-face or video sessions per person, per issue)
  • Crisis support for unanticipated events

NOTE: If you participate in the Organon medical plan, you may receive behavioral health care benefits as part of your medical coverage in addition to the professional counseling sessions available through the EAP.

Wellthy is for anyone who finds themselves managing carefor a loved one, or themselves. By tackling the administrative and logistical aspects of care, Wellthy helps you spend more quality time with the ones you love. Your dedicated Wellthy Care Coordinator will help manage and navigate financial, medical, legal, in-home, housing, and social/emotional support in any capacity, big or small.
